Welcome to your very first Tribal Council with me. The challenge was well fought between both tribes like the first challenge.

So let’s get down to business, sadly one person will be voted out tonight! You will be given 24 hours to submit your vote. If I get the votes in early I will post the results earlier then stated. If you don’t think you can make it make sure that you have a boot list in place just in case. I will only use the boot list after the deadline is up.

In order for your vote to count, you MUST: have a confessional for this round, answer the Tribal council question provided below, and post your vote within the ~Voting~ thread provided with a reason stated. This all must happen before the deadline. Within the Voting History thread, there are rules on how we would like you to vote make sure you follow the example and have a reason.

Also, We have decided to make tribal council a little more closer to the game so please read carefully what I am about to explain.

1. How you enjoying camp life? Is anyone getting annoying yet? People easy to talk with?
Camp life is fine, Johnny Fairplay isn't exactly annoyed with anyone and these guys are easy to talk with.

2. Has a leader emerged as of yet?

hehe, You know and I'm sure all of my tribe mates will agree with me. But I have stepped up as a leader in this tribe publicly. I haven't touted that title around. I've just been the guy who tries to motivate the rest of the tribe and be a big factor in the challenges to help our tribe.

3. What are you basing your vote on? Are there any weak players?

It's definitely based on participation, however there were plenty of times in this challenge where I could make a statement that all of us screwed up at a point. I know Me, Monica, and Jane all missed once because we forgot time, and I screwed up on the very first one when my browser crashed on me and I missed the deadline. It's the small stuff that I need to personally get out of my body. But tonight's vote should come down to who has not helped this tribe win.

I think is awesome. I enjoy been around this amazing young (and no so young Tyrone) kiddos. Its awesome because they remind me of my grand-children which is great

Hmm, Jon maybe? Lol, he's responsible for making this amazing tribe and he's been directing a lot of things so i think that if theres a leader, is definitely is Jonny.

3. What are you basing your vote on? Are there any weak players?

Participation clearly. We need to keep our tribe as strongest as possible and therefore we gotta vote for the weakest player. It sucks

~ I'm enjoying it just fine with my great tribe. I don't believe anyone is getting annoyed yet and the people are getting easier to talk to.

2. Has a leader emerged as of yet?
~ I think that Fairplay is taken to the role only because like Jane said he created this tribe.

3. What are you basing your vote on? Are there any weak players?
~ I'm basing my vote on what will keep me here a little big longer and there are weak players, but I'll keep that under wraps.

Sure some people are annoying others are easy to get along with but i like everyone

i think Fairplay kinda has that as his thing and thats fine by me

definitely some weak players but I'm voting for the only person that hasn't done the two past challenges

I'm enjoying it pretty well! I think that we've got a great group of folks here, and every conversation I've had has been really interesting.

2. Has a leader emerged as of yet?

Well, Jon's obviously stepped up and said that he'd like to take the reins. I think he's been doing a pretty good job thus far.

3. What are you basing your vote on? Are there any weak players?

I'm basing my vote on who I think is least likely to help the tribe going forward. Kansai's got some serious powerhouse players in Alexis, Christy, and Jaime, and if we're gonna remain competitive we need to trim the fat. Hopefully we'll be able to rally after this and kick some serious butt!

1: I'm enjoying it Nobody is getting annoying yet, minus maybe Sarah lol, jk! And yes, I find the people to be very approachable.

I'm enjoying it . People had been really cool . We definitely have a good tribe

Honestly i think that fairplay is the leader of this tribe since he won the first challenge and he picked this team

I am basing my vote on whats going to be best for this tribe.
