Welcome to your First offical Immunity Challenge ~ First as two seperate tribes! Because of the pick'em, Rob was not picked and therefore will be visiting Pre-jury and not even participating in the game!
Alright, let's get to your task for this challenge! It will tap into your creative side, but also challenge you as a team. Below is an image of a traditional Japanese Kimono! Here is a little history, the Kimono actually originated in China but it was in the 8th century, however, when Chinese fashions came into style among the Japanese. The Kimono is worn by men, women and children, even today. It's an old fashion and tradition carried from way back and has only expanded into Chinese and Japanese culture.
The reason why I'm bringing this up is because you'll be designing your own Kimono! You'll be following certain guidlines and rules to create a Kimono representing your tribe and the people in it. Below is a basic image of a traditional, plain Kimono! I will also provide a link to where I received this image if you want other templates or colours of the fabrics.
Okay, here are your guidelines! If you do not include these, you'll loose points for your tribe.
1. It must include the name of your tribe.
2. All the names of your tribemates.
3. At least TWO japanese symbols! (I also want the meaning of these symbols in an explanation below your final submission, but not on the actual image).
4. At least ONE image of an exotic animal that can be found in Japan. (Provide their name and location in your descriptions below the final submission. Again, not on the actual image).
You will be marked in three different categories that will provide you with your final point score! We will be looking for.
Creativity
Colours\Appearance
Symbolic Nature\ Significance
1. Each member must add at least ONE item to the Kimono.
2. If you have an issue with photoshop or any of those programs, ask your other tribemates, don't make excuses
3. HAVE FUN AND BE CREATIVE!
For those who have played in previous seasons of this series, they know by now that Damien and I really look for the significance and creativity of the end result. You will be given 24 hours to complete this challenge! Take in account for everything above and have fun!
DEADLINE: Tuesday October 12 @ 9pm EST
