Welcome to your Third Tribal Council with me. The challenge was well fought between both tribes but you lost again...
So let’s get down to business, sadly one person will be voted out tonight! You will be given 24 hours to submit your vote. If I get the votes in early I will post the results earlier then stated. If you don’t think you can make it make sure that you have a boot list in place just in case. I will only use the boot list after the deadline is up.
In order for your vote to count, you MUST: have a confessional for this round, answer the Tribal council question provided below, and post your vote within the ~Voting~ thread provided with a reason stated. This all must happen before the deadline. Within the Voting History thread, there are rules on how we would like you to vote make sure you follow the example and have a reason.
Also, We have decided to make tribal council a little more closer to the game so please read carefully what I am about to explain. [/ul] NOW on to the fun part your QUESTIONS. When you answer your question make sure that you answer them in THIS thread. For everyone to answer
1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round?
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage?
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most? Also, Remember to at least write one confessional or your vote will not count! DEADLINE FOR VOTES: Thursday OCTOBER 21st @ 3:00PM EST

1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round?
Benry. Sorry!
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage?
I think we do. We moved through the first sections of this challenge really fast, but for the second challenge out of the three we lost we were held up by someone who didn't show up. We'll definitely be at a disadvantage if we continue to lose. I'd hate to go into the merge with less numbers and have them knock our good players out one by one
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most?
Four of us do, and we know who we are. One participates enough. The last doesn't. No offense!

1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round?
I already voted. It's for the weak link - the one person who 1) voted in the minority last round and 2) didn't show up for a live challenge at all within 12 hours after it started. I mean, WTF?
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage?
After this one, we'll have a strong fivesome and could potentially dominate if there's not a tribe swap. If the merge comes, we may be down in numbers, but that's probably due to bad challenge design like with this one.
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most?
There are four of us who contribute a great deal. None of us is a "leader" yet none of us is a "follower" either. We work together and we kicked ass in the challenge until the stupid "EVERYONE MUST POST IN HERE" task came up. That's a horrible way to end a live challenge and you know it. What if someone had to leave before then? We'd have to wait until MORNING and that really defeats the purpose of a live challenge.
Yes, I am being critical. But I feel as if my voice needs to be heard. That way, we can beat the no-life Neishi.

1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round?
I don't think anyway deserves to go, but there is one person in particular who I know doesn't have the time to dedicate to this, and who has more important things to be dealing with.
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage?
I think we're definitely at a disadvantage right now but maybe hammering out our problems at Tribal will, hopefully, help us as a tribe and make us stronger come merge.
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most?
We all contribute what we can, though some people contribute a little less to the tribe.

1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round? Benry, sorry bro but it's the truth.
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage? Not really, if we make merge there is always Individual Immunity Challenges.
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most? We all do fairly, some just think there better than others.

1. Who are the weak links in this tribe? Does anyone in particular deserve to go this round?
I think we all know who is going to night.
2. At this point, do you think you have a chance at winning any challenges? If/when the merge comes, are you at a disadvantage?
No we don't have any chance to win a challenge... Of course we freaking do... we should of won that last challenge we just had one person who didn't show up. I would be surprised if we lose again.
3. Who contributes to this tribe the most? We all contribute a lot... We all have our strong challenges and challenges were not as great at. Simple as that.

I would like to comment that there was nothing bad about the design of the challenge, it was all based on you getting the members of your tribe to participate. Not our faults that you couldn't get everyone online, when I had announced it earlier. Thank you so very much.

My point still stands. That's not the way to end a live challenge. The challenge design was perfectly fine until that last point.
I always like it when a host leaves room in case one person can't make it. People have lives, you know, and a game shouldn't have to come before that. If we lose because one person has a life... then that really doesn't make me happy since it's beyond our control. A good live challenge allows for player control. This one... really didn't. We couldn't control that Benry was a no-show.
So, based on your comment, my hunch was right. You don't think we have lives.

I'm not forcing you to be here on time, I mentioned the fact that it was live, so being there at the time would be necessary, someone didn't and that's what happens. Not the challenge's fault. A Tribal live challenge involves the TRIBE as a whole, not an individual. If I wanted just an individual working through the boards when I clearly started that you had to have EVERY STEP COMPLETED BEFORE MOVING ON, then I would have said so. It involved the whole tribe and that ultimately led to your down fall. A tribe is a group of people, but I'm sure I don't need to define that to you. Individual, then yes, go ahead. Go to every board on your own and complete the tasks, but I had said that every task must be completed and posted before moving on, yet you continued to go through the challenge and better yet, posted that in the chat when I was even there, after warning you once prior.
An active cast is what we ask for, we dont expect you to give up your social life to come and post something, however; the challenge was posted, if you dont show up, well then that's your issue, not mine nor the challenge's flaw.
These are tribal challenges, Amanda. I involve EVERY tribe member to participate, cause clearly that's what everyone signed up for, to participate. If they can't make it, that's their own issue.

It's always good to respect the people that do have lives and thus ensure that it does not screw over the rest of the tribe. That's the only reason why we're here. Someone has a life. It screwed us over. There was NOTHING we could do, and you're making it sound like there was. I got news for you: There wasn't. It's not our issue, nor is it yours. It's that someone has a life. There's no issues with that.
We probably would have won if only five of us were needed to post in that. But since we don't have lives other than this game, I guess it doesn't matter, does it?

I'm not saying there was anything you could do to prevent this. I never said that, I'm saying it's a tribe challenge, everyone is included, End of story. Waiting on ONE vote.

Let me reiterate this one thing before I shut the fuck up: People have lives. Sometimes they get in the way of force-fed timings. Just saying it might be best to let the players decide when the live challenges are so most can make it, and even then, to respect those that do have lives. If only 5 people were needed for the challenge, then it would be perfectly fine.
If "everyone is included," then it makes the assumption that none of us have lives and all can make it.
Also, get on AIM.
